Slice avocado in half and clean

Squeeze key lime juice in center and sprinkle some black pepper- cover with plastic wrap and place in frig to chill.

Chop one Stem of Celery, one quarter of white onion together.

Slice thin rings of scallion and set aside.

Slice up Shrimp- small or larger chunks- your choice and mix in celery, onions and miracle whip- start with 3 tablespoons and add more for desired texture.

Spoon a heaping serving of shrimp mix into the chilled avocado half- round at least 1/2 inch higher than avocado divet.

Seperate Scallion rings and sprinkle over the top.

Squeeze more key lime over the top.

Sprinkle Paprika and Black Pepper.
