Grits: Add 4 cups of water, 1/2 tsp of salt. Bring water and salt to a boil. Once water is boil. Slowly stir in grits into boiling water. Reduce heat to medium low and cover. Add 1/4 cup of the heavy cream 1/4 cup of mild cheddar cheese and stir until nice and smooth.

Season shrimp: Cut up sausage, and onions. Place both ingredients into skillet on medium/high add small amount of butter, and olive oil. and cook until brown or desired. Remove the sausage, and the onions and place aside for later. Using the same pot add shrimp, red pepper flakes, add remainder of butter, squeeze in lemon juice, add wine, and cook until shrimp is done. Once the shrimp is done add in sausage, and cooked onions for 2 mins ** Do not over cook your shrimp.

Serve: with cheddar grits at the bottom, add shrimp on top, and garnish with green onions and parsley..Enjoy
