Seasoned Pretzels

   1) Combine the first three ingredients in bowl large enough for a bag of pretzels.

   2)Add pretzels and mix well.

   Let pretzels sit for 5-10 minutes.

   3) Mix the pretzels again and let sit for another 10 minutes.

   4) Drain pretzels in a colander placed over a large pan to catch oil mixture.

   I usually let them drain for another 10 minutes.

   5) Transfer the pretzels into a gallon sized zip-lock bag.

   6) Poor the oil mixture back into the large bowl

   7) repeat steps 1-5 with second bag of pretzels.
