Seafood Newburg

   Combine fish, mushrooms and sherry.

   Melt Crisco. Stir in flour and salt.

   Add milk and Worcestershire sauce. Stir constantly until thickened. Combine with fish and place in a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch rectangular dish. Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve over toast or biscuits.

   Top with hard-cooked egg quarters.

   Any suitable fish may be substituted.
