1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk

1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
3 oz. can mushrooms, undrained
1/4 c. white wine
parsley

Mix veal with following 5 ingredients.

Brown in pan. Pour off fat.

Mix tomato sauce in bowl with mushrooms, wine and seasonings.

Pour sauce over drained meat patties in pan and simmer with cover on for about 25 to 30 minutes.
