1/2 Onion
1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tbsp Sake
1 knob Ginger
1 Katakuriko
2 tbsp Olive oil or vegetable oil
2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Sake
2 tbsp Mirin
1/2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Grated garlic
1 Shichimi spice
2 tbsp Ground sesame seeds

Cut the chicken breast into sizes of your liking.

Cut the meat so as to make each slice uniformly thick.

Put the cut chicken breast, grated onion and ingredients in a bowl.

Mix and rub well.
