peel the garlic cloves & cruch them.

grate the onion and place with the garlic & oregano in a mixing bowl.

add the the olive oil,grape juice and salt & pepper & mix thouroughly this is the marinade.

cut the meat into 3/4 inch cubes and add to the marinade,making sure all the meat is coated.

leave in fridge overnight,or at least 3 hours.

thread the meat cubes onto skewers(at least 4 will be needed).

heat broiler or barbecue & cook the skewers of meat for 10-15 minuites.

turn the meat occasionally & brush with some of the spare marinade.

check the meat is cooked though by removing one cube from a skewer & cutting it in 2. when ready server with salad & a dollop of greek yogurt.
