Ingredients: 1/2 c. butter; 1 c. chopped onion; 1/2 c. finely minced celery; 1 chicken bouillon cube; 5 c. white bread crumbs (slightly stale); 5 c. crumbled cornbread (made without sugar); 1/2 pound fresh pork sausage, crumbled; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 1/4 teaspoon pepper; 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning; 2 Large eggs, beaten; 2/3 c. warm water

1 chicken bouillon cube
5 c. white bread crumbs (slightly stale)
5 c. crumbled cornbread (made without sugar)
1/2 pound fresh pork sausage, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
2 Large eggs, beaten
2/3 c. warm water

In skillet, saute/fry onion and celery in warm butter.

Dissolve bouillon cube in 2/3 c. warm water.

Sprinkle over white and cornbread crumbs.

Add in sauteed onion and celery.

Bake in uncovered pan last 45 min of turkey time at 325 degrees.
