Sausage Stuffed Tomatoes

   Cut tops from tomatoes; scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact. Chop pulp.

   Combine pulp, bread crumbs, celery, green pepper and cooked sausage; mix well.

   Sprinkle insides of shells with salt and pepper.

   Arrange tomatoes in an 8-inch square baking dish. Bake at 350u00b0 for 15 minutes, or until tomatoes are thoroughly heated.

   Sprinkle tomatoes with cheese.

   Bake for 1 minute, or until cheese melts.

   Sprinkle parsley over top, if desired.
