Sausage Pop-Ins

   Cook sausage, drain and crumble.

   Mix with cream cheese until spreadable.

   Cut each slice of bread in half (24 rectangles). Spread sausage-cheese mixture on each rectangle.

   Roll bread up and wrap one piece bacon around each.

   Secure with wooden pick. Bake 35 minutes at 350u00b0 on ungreased cookie sheet.
