1
Remove sausage from casing.
2
Saute in frying pan. Chop as small as possible.
3
Chop all vegetables as small as possible. (I use the food processor for the vegetables and sausage.)
4
When the sausage is almost cooked thoroughly, add onions, mushrooms and peppers. Drain mixture in colander to remove as much grease as possible. Shape pizza dough into rectangle (stretching as large as possible).
5
Spread mixture over dough.
6
Spread cheese over mixture.
7
Roll dough, stretching it as you roll it (trying to make it thinner).
8
Place on greased and floured (I use corn meal) pizza pan (the one with holes is best) and cook at 350u00b0 for 40 minutes. If dough has not browned, brush with a little egg white or oil. Cook another 10 minutes.
9
Remove from oven.
10
Let cool down a few minutes. Slice and serve.
