1/2 medium white onion
2 large carrots
2 celery stalks
10 brussel sprouts
2 large yukon gold potatoes
5 cup chicken broth
2 ears of corn
2 large andouille sausages
2 cup fresh spinach
2 tsp thyme
1 salt
1 black pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 olive oil

Sautee diced onion with olive oil in large pot

Add chopped carrots and celery

Add cubed potatoes and chicken broth

Clean and cut sprouts in half

Drizzle olive oil over sprouts.

Place sprouts and corn on medium high grill turning regularly.

Remove grilled vegetables once desired color is reached

Cut corn off cob and add to pot along with sprouts

Slice sausage into bite size pieces and add to pot along with thyme
