Sausage and Peppers Egg Bake

   Remove and discard casings from sausage, if necessary.

   Crumble sausage into medium skillet.

   Add peppers; cook on medium heat 8 to 10 min.

   or until sausage is evenly browned, stirring frequently.

   Spread crackers onto bottom of 9-inch square baking dish; top with sausage mixture and cheese.

   Whisk eggs and milk until blended; pour over sausage mixture.

   Refrigerate 4 hours.

   Heat oven to 350F.

   Bake casserole (uncovered) 40 to 45 min.

    or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
