2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 can (14 Oz. Can) Chickpeas, Rinsed
1 can Diced Tomatoes, 14 Oz
1 whole Small Yellow Onion, Diced
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
1 whole Red Bell Pepper
1- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar

1 cup Bread Crumbs
2 Tablespoons Margarine
