1
Bread -- soak the slices of bread in the milk and then squeeze the milk out.
-
2
Crumble and break it up and add to a large bowl.
-
3
Meatloaf -- Then to that same bowl add all the other ingredients, except for the turkey and the ingredients for the topping and mix well to combine.
-
4
Then add in the turkey and mix being careful to over mix.
-
5
Over mixing can make tough meatloaf.
-
6
Bake -- I like to use a baking sheet and free form my meatloaf but you could certainly use a loaf pan.
-
7
I line a baking sheet and than form the meatloaf in a loaf type of shape.
-
8
Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 45-50 minutes until done.
-
9
It really depends on how thick or what type of pan you cook the loaf inches.
-
10
Sauce -- Mix the BBQ sauce, marmalade, and scallions and spoon or brush on the top of the loaf after the meatloaf is cooked half way.
-
11
Then brush on again in another 10-15 minutes.
-
12
And then right at end if you have any sauce left, brush or spoon on the remaining sauce and cook just another couple of minutes before finishing.
-
13
Serve -- Let set 5 minutes before slicing.
-
14
Don't forget you can always use a traditional tomato sauce or ketchup topping if you prefer, but I love this for a twist.

Enjoy!
