Salty & Sweet Chocolate Peanut Butter Icebox Dessert

   Combine 1 cup half & half and pudding mix in bowl; beat with whisk until smooth.

   Combine whipping cream and powdered sugar in bowl; beat until stiff peaks form.

   Add pudding mixture and peanut butter.

   Gently stir until smooth.

   Place 1/2 cup half & half and chocolate chips in bowl.

   Microwave, stirring every 20-30 seconds, until smooth.

   Spread 1/2 cup mousse into 7-inch circle on serving plate.

   Place 7 crackers around edge on mousse; place 3 crackers in middle.

   Spread with 2/3 cup mousse.

    Layer 10 additional crackers around edge and middle, staggering second layer over first layer.

    Spread with 2/3 cup mousse.

    Spread 1/4 cup ganache over mousse.

    Repeat layering 4 more times; top with remaining ganache.

    Garnish with chopped peanut butter cup candy bars.
