Salty and Sweet Teriyaki Pork-Wrapped Enoki Mushrooms

   Salt and pepper one side of the pork lightly and lay the enoki, divided into 6 equal parts, on them.

   Roll the enoki in the pork diagonally and coat lightly in katakuriko.

   Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and lay the rolls in the pan with the end of the pork strip on the bottom.
