FOR THE BASE:
1 package Pillsbury Moist Supreme Yellow Cake Mix, 18 Ounce Box
1/3 cups Butter, Softened
1 whole Egg
3 cups Mini Marshmallows

2/3 cups Corn Syrup
1/4 cups Butter
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 package Peanut Butter Chips (10 Oz)
2 cups Crisp Rice Cereal
2 cups Salted Peanuts

In a large bowl combine cake mix, 1/3 cup of softened butter and the egg. Beat at low speed until crumbly. Press into a 9x13 pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-18 minutes until light golden brown (I take it out before it browns).

Remove from oven and sprinkle crust with the marshmallows. Return to oven for 1-2 minutes, until marshmallows puff.

Remove from oven and set aside.

In large saucepan, combine corn syrup, 1/4 cup butter, vanilla and peanut butter chips. Heat over low heat just until peanut butter chips melt and texture is smooth, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and stir in cereal and peanuts.

Immediately spoon warm topping over marshmallows.

Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
