2 cups Half-and-half
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
3/4 teaspoons Salt
⅛ teaspoons White Pepper
1 pinch Cayenne
12 ounces, weight Salmon
2 Tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Turn an oven-safe skillet on medium high heat and add olive oil.

When oil is smoking, add fillets flesh side down and cook for 3 minutes.

Turn fillets skin side down, and put in a 350 F oven for 8 minutes.

Take out of oven and pour as much of the red pepper cream sauce on the fish as you like and serve.
