Salmon with Creamy Peppercorn Sauce

   Place lemon slices underneath the salmon in a baking dish with 2 tablespoon water.

   Sprinkle with pepper, cover and bake at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes until fish is just cooked through.

   Bring wine and stock to the boil and simmer until reduced by half.

   Whisk in the Philly* until smooth.

   Stir through the chives and peppercorns.
