Salmon Tofu "Sand Pot" Casserole – a delicious recipe with Salmon, garlic, salt, scallion, chili pepper, stock. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Cut each block of tofu into small squares, and scald in boiling water for two minutes, drain.

Remove bones from salmon and cut into same size peices. Marinate in salt for 10 mins.

Heat sand pot caserole, add 1 1/2 TSPO oil and hear. Stir fry salmon pieces until lightly brown. Remove.

Add 1 TSBP oil to sand pot and heat. Add green onion and sliced chili pepper until fragrant. Add rest of ingredients (except garlic).

Bring to boil over high heat. Turn the heat to low and simmer. Cover with lid. Simmer until taste permeates mixutre, about 30 mins.

Place shredded garlic in bowl. Ladle over garlic and serve.
