1 c. tomato sauce
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 c. lowfat sour cream
1 c. green (spring) onions
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Cook noodles in boiling salted water.

Rinse, drain.

Brown meat in butter, then add in salt, pepper, garlic pwdr and tomato sauce.

Simmer 5 min.

combine cottage cheese, lowfat sour cream, onions and noodles and ending with meat.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 min.
