Round Steak Above Average

   Trim and cut round steak into serving size pieces; salt and pepper.

   Turn in flour and brown in frying pan (I like to use Corning Ware so I can serve in it, too).

   Sprinkle on onion soup mix.

   Add tomato sauce and one tomato sauce can of water.

   Scrub and cut sideways (slices about 1/4-inch thick) 4 or 5 potatoes and layer on top.

   Salt and pepper potatoes and bake at 350u00b0 about 45 minutes.
