Rotel Steak

   Cut round steak in cubed pieces or in strips.

   Can spray skillet with cooking spray or add a little oil to skillet and brown meat.

   Cut up onions and bell peppers and add to meat.

   Add your seasonings, garlic, salt and pepper. Let simmer for 20 or 30 minutes.

   Drain oil.

   Add can of Ro-Tel and 2 cans of tomatoes. Let all that cook or simmer for 1 hour or less.

   Drain Ro-Tel and tomatoes, if desired.

   Serve over rice.
