   Thaw rose Veal inside round roast and brush with canola oil Give it a dry rub season and spice according to your liking.

   Place in a roasting pan.

   add water or sauce dont let it dry out while cooking.

   Turn oven up to 500 degrees F. Leave cover off and sear all around.

   Put cover on turn oven down to 250-275 Bake until center of roast is medium- Outside of roast will be quite dark.

   Time depends on size of roast.

   Same method can be used for outside round or rib rack roast.
