Rose'S Dressing

   Toast bread, then tear into small pieces and put in large bowl, then cut celery and onions in small pieces.

   Put in with bread. Put egg in a small bowl; add milk and beat until mixed.

   Pour into the bowl with the bread.

   Take chicken or turkey and tear into small pieces.

   Put in with the other ingredients.

   You can cook meat the day before, if desired.

   Sprinkle poultry seasoning over ingredients and mix with broth.

   Put in a medium pan, greased with butter.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
