   Cook macaroni as directed.

   Brown onion and ground beef.

   Salt and pepper to taste.

   Mix together the cooked macaroni, beef and onion, tomato soup and tomatoes.

   Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350u00b0.

   (If glass baking dish is used, reduce heat to 325u00b0.)

   Add cheese evenly on top; bake another 30 minutes.
