Roasted Pork

   Pierce meat all over with tip of sharp knife.

   Insert garlic pieces into cuts.

   Place in shallow dish.

   Mix dressing, lime juice and cumin; pour over meat.

   Turn to evenly coat meat with dressing mixture.

   Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate.

   Heat oven to 400F.

   Transfer meat to foil-lined pan.

   Discard marinade.

    Bake meat 30 min., turning frequently.

    Reduce oven temperature to 325F.

    Brush meat with orange juice.

    Bake 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until meat is done (145F).
