For the green beans:

In a medium bowl, place green beans and all the the remaining green bean ingredients. Toss to thoroughly coat the beans. Arrange green bean mixture in a single layer on preheated baking sheet.

Bake for about 8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove from oven and set aside.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, panko and walnuts. Stir and saute until lightly toasted. Season with salt and fresh ground pepper. Set aside.
