Roasted Garlic Potato Soup

   heat broth, potatoes, carrots, onion, celery and bacon in a soup pot until boiling.

   reduce heat to low.

   cover and cook 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

   remove from heat.

   stir in milk, potato flakes, and parsley.
