Roasted Garlic Dip

   Slice head of garlic in half. Leaving on skins drizzle with oil and wrap in foil pouch. Bake in oven about an hour or two 250-300 degrees.

   Once baked and cooled, remove garlic from paper hulls, should easily come right off. Mush the roasted garlic together in small bowl until its almost like a paste. Then mix in cheese spread, mayo, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and combined. Then add seasons, salt and paper to taste. Serve as dip w/ raw vegetables, Crackers, and Chips; also makes a great sandwich spread.
