Roast Pork Stuffed with Caraway Seeds

   Preheat oven to 350F.

   Cut 3/4 inch slits in pork loin.

   Stuff caraway seeds & garlic into the slits.

   Mix in a small bowl the thyme, paprika, marjoram, salt and pepper to make a rub.

   Put the rub on the stuffed pork loin.

   Brown the pork loin in a large pan with the oil until browned about 5-7 minutes.

   Tranfer to a roasting pan and place in the hot oven for 1 hour and 45 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 165F.
