   Saute onion and mushrooms in melted margarine until tender. Follow thawing instructions on spinach box and drain.

   In 1 1/2-quart casserole combine spinach, cooked rice, melted cheese spread, onions and mushrooms. Stir in soup.

   Add nutmeg.

   Cook at 350u00b0, covered, for 35 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated thoroughly.
