Name: Regal Cream Cheese Cake

Ingredients: 3 c. all-purpose flour; 2 c. sugar; 1 tsp. soda; 1 tsp. salt; 1 tsp. ground cloves; 3 eggs, beaten; 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil; 1 tsp. almond extract; 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained; 1 c. chopped toasted almonds; 2 c. mashed bananas

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.

Do not beat.

Stir in almond extract, pineapple, almond and banana.

Spoon batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.

Bake at 300u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Cool in pan 10 minutes.

Remove from pan and cool completely.

Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
