Finely slice the red chili pepper.

Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the red chili pepper.

Add the ground pork and when it changes color, add the water and the potatoes.

Cook for a short time.

Add sake to Step 3 and cover with a lid.

Occasionally open the lid to stir everything up, and steam-fry for 4-5 minutes.

Once the potatoes have become somewhat transparent, add the green peppers and cook quickly while mixing them in.
