Red Pesto Pasta

   Boil the pasta according to package directions.

   Put the tomatoes in a little water and simmer for 20 minutes until they are rehydrated. Drain and finely dice.

   Mix the diced sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and pine nuts together well, and add olive oil little by little until you have reached the consistency of a sauce.

   Salt and pepper to taste.

   Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce over the top.
