Cut a slit in the 2 hot dogs and microwave until warm. Take out of microwave and cut into pieces.

Cut a slit into each potato, and bake the potatoes in the microwave, on a microwave safe plate. Alternatively, you can bake them in the oven.

While potatoes are baking, pour chili into pot and cook on the stove. Also, slice up the banana peppers while waiting.

When potatoes are done, take them out of the microwave. Put the hot dog pieces on top.

Drizzle a little bit (not too much) Velveeta sauce on the potatoes, if you have it. Then add the shredded cheese.
