1 onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons chopped thyme
7 cups chicken broth
1 bay leaf
3 12 ounces rice
1 teaspoon salt
1 ¼ cups milk

Prepare pumpkin into cubes.

Heat oil and add onion.
