Prep for Pumpkin Pie

   cut open pumpkin

   remove seeds(save and bake same time,it doesnt say that but they wasted nothing,the goo they gave to the chickens).

   lay in oven (on cookie sheet).

   bake until soft,another recipe says well browned.

   and use as usual ,it cooks much nicer and quicker for not having the water in it.
