Follow Steps 1 through 9 of the Tart Dough recipe,to make pate sucree (you can bake it ahead of time).

Make half of the Caramel Praline recipe,(or you can omit it).

Combine and sift the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.

Warm the milk.

Add the chocolate, butter, and rum to a bowl and melt by immersing in hot water.

Preheat your oven to 170C.

In a separate bowl, add the eggs, granulated sugar, and warmed milk and mix together using a whisk.

Add Step 5 to 4 a little at a time.

Sift the powdered ingredients again and add to Step 6.
