Potato Chip Cookies

   Cream the sugar and butter.

   Add the rest of the ingredients.

   Drop on the cookie sheet.

   Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

   Sprinkle with powdered sugar after they have cooled for about 15 minutes

   Please note that the cookies are very delicate and you should wait until they are cooled completely to move them.

   Also, do not chop the pecans or crush the chips too small -- the cookies will not rise if there is too much of the ingredients.
