Potato Casserole(Serves 12 People)

   Defrost hash brown potatoes; mix with all other ingredients except 1/2 stick butter and corn flakes.

   Put into a large 9 x 12-inch baking pan or dish.

   Melt 1/2 stick of butter with the corn flakes and spread on top of mixture.

   Bake uncovered at 325u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
