1/2 c. celery, minced
1/2 c. carrots
1/2 c. onion, minced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
5 to 6 med. potatoes, cubed

Put broccoli, celery, onion, potatoes and carrots into large saucepan.

Use sufficient water to cover tops.

Boil over medium heat till potatoes are done, stirring occasionally.

While this is boiling, heat butter in a large saucepan.
