1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
cooking spray
9/16 pound sausage
2 5/8 cups mushrooms sliced
1/2 onion minced
1 clove garlic minced
cheese
7/8 cup mozzarella
1 teaspoon parsley ground

Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.

Boil the potatoes in salted water. Drain, leaving in the pan, and mash. Add the buttermilk, chicken bouillon and a little water, if necessary. Set aside.

Spritz a skillet with cooking spray and saute the sausage, mushrooms, onion, and garlic together. When slightly golden, remove from heat.

Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Spread half of the mashed potatoes into the bottom of the pan. Top with the sausage mixture and cover with the rest of the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with parsley.

Bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese melts and browns slightly.
