Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper

1 c. rice, uncooked
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
4 tbsp. parsley

In large oven-proof kettle, brown sausage and onion.

In same kettle, brown chicken in small amount of oil, Set aside.

Add in rice, broth, red pepper, parsley and olives to kettle.

Cover and bake 30 min at 375 degrees; remove cover and bake 5-10 min longer to absorb water.
