1 Onion
1 tbsp Sake
1 tbsp Water
1 tsp Katakuriko
4 tbsp Ketchup
1 1/2 tbsp Sauce
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp White wine (or sake)
1 tsp Honey (or sugar)
10 grams Butter
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
2 decent handfuls Easy melting cheese
