I normally use baby back ribs but you can use country style ribs as well.

enough to coat entire rack.... then go ahead and mix all the seasonings together well.

rub all over ribs and bake at 250F for about 3 1/2 to 4 hours depending on the weight of your ribs.

once ribs are cooked to your liking add to a hot grill to get the nice grilled taste.
