2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. water
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
paprika

Brown mushrooms in butter; remove.
