Pork Chop Casserole

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   In a med. bowl combine to soup, water, soup mix and mushrooms.

   In a large skillet over med.-high heat brown the chops on each side. Place the chops into a baking dish and cover with the mushroom mixture. Bake in oven for 1 1/2 hours or until temp. is 160 degrees.

   Serve with chunky apple sauce, or mint sauce and garlic mashed potatoes.
