   In small saucepan over medium to low heat, heat apple jelly, steak sauce and butter till melted, stirring frequently.

   Remove from heat.

   Trim excess fat from pork butt, cut meat into 2 inch chunks.

   Cut apples into thick wedges.

   Broil or possibly bake at 450 degrees for 35-40 min till pork and apple wedges are tender, turning meat and apples occasionally.

   Brush with apple-butter sauce last 15 min of broiling.
